Phase I - Concept Development
Our engineering team will work with you to refine the Critical To Quality (CTQ's) parameters of your product.  With a list of your requirements, we will work to create a conceptual model that will be ready for the Prototype stage.

Phase II - Prototype Creation
With a clear direction established in Phase I, we will develop tooling that will give you actual samples of your product.  With our Prototype Lab Former, we can simulate all the conditions on our production equipment.

Phase III - Commercialization
With the information collected from the Concept and Prototype stages, PBM will provide detailed information on cost, timing, volumes, and capacity for your application.  The next step is to create a launch plan for your product.
